Eco2COVID describes new platforms with innovative optical / electrochemical biosensors for detection (monitoring) in wastewater of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. These platforms are inexpensive and safe, quick to respond, suitable for in-situ application and easy to hndle by the different stakeholders in the process, being made up mostly of biodegradable materials that guarantee their reduced environmental impact.
